We do weigh-ins twice a week to keep you accountable and to make adjustments if we need to so it's an ever evolving plan just like you so it has to have adjustments. Also 24/7 access with Q&A.

One Time Consultation

The One-Time Diet consultations are $70. They are a customized nutrition, cardio, and supplement plan based on your current situation and goals. The plan does not come with any continued consultation or regular updates but you do get to ask questions for 1 week on the base plan.

30 Minute Skype Consult

$50 - In the 30 minutes we can talk diet, training, and supplementation. During these calls you have the freedom to ask any and all questions and we will help you set up the plans you need to be successful in your goals.

Training/Powerlifting Programs

The online powerlifting and training plans are 3 months long for $350. This is for off season and meet prep. They include a customized training pro2-weekn 2 week spurts so we can make adjustments based on your goals and what you want to accomplish. I do video analysis of the lifts and I critique the form with a lot of back and forth dialogue to make sure everything is understood. Also 24/7 access with Q&A.
