In Episode 37 we have on Jay Nera an elite level powerlifter and Animal sponsored athlete. Jay was also on the Canadian bobsled team. We go into CAT training and how he uses that to build up his squat, a linear bench progression, and some health indicators to ensure your body stays in a good place during training. After training, we get into a little philosophy discussion on objectivism, the importance of questioning things with an open mind and a lot more.
